1. How do I buy a puppy?

2. Can I order online?
Yes, you can! If we don’t currently have a puppy you love in stock, you can pre-order through a video selection. Your puppy will fly in Malaysia and arrive around 2 weeks+.
3. At what age can I take the puppy home?
You can take your puppy home between 3 to 4 months old, once it has completed basic vaccinations and stable.
4. Are vaccinations, deworm and health checks included?
Yes, all our puppies come with basic core vaccinations, including three doses of 6-in-1 . A full health check is optional and can be added on request. Annual boosters are required afterward.
Deworming: Regular internal and external deworming is important. We recommend once a month for indoor pets, and once every 3 months for pets that go outdoors. Please consult your vet.
5. Do you provide delivery? What about East Malaysia?
We offer free delivery within West Malaysia, and additional shipping fees apply for East Malaysia.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
7. Can I visit the puppies in person?
You’re welcome to visit our store to choose your puppy in person.
8. Do you offer after-sales support?
Yes, we provide lifetime after-sales support for all our customers. When you purchase a puppy from us, you’ll also receive a lifetime membership with 10% off on all future services and products.

10. Is the dog’s health guaranteed?
Yes, we provide a 7-day health warranty covering canine distemper and parvovirus only. This begins from the moment the dog is received.
Note: An official veterinary diagnosis is required for any claims, and the dog’s body must be preserved for inspection.
11. Can I return or exchange the dog?
No, returns or exchanges due to personal reasons are not accepted. If you have any concerns, you’re encouraged to request a full health screening before the final payment, at your own expense.
12. What happens if the dog falls sick during transport?
If the puppy shows signs of illness during transport, we will postpone delivery and care for the dog until it recovers. In case of serious issues during transit, we will offer a replacement puppy.
13. What if I choose installment payment?
Our installment plans are non-refundable. Once you start the plan, you’re committed to completing the full amount. The puppy will only be handed over after 100% of the payment is completed, even if you’re using a credit card. If the card limit is insufficient, you must top up using cash or another method.
14. Can I delay picking up the dog after payment?
Yes, but a boarding fee of RM40 per day will be charged if you delay pickup beyond the scheduled date.
15. What if the dog’s appearance changes as it grows?
All dogs go through an awkward growth stage between 3 to 8 months. We can only estimate their adult appearance. Factors like your feeding and care will also affect the dog’s final look and size.
16. What should I prepare after receiving the puppy?
• Avoid bathing or taking the puppy out in the first week.
• Use fencing and avoid letting the puppy sleep on the floor.
• Feed ROYAL CANIN MINI (recommended) and avoid dirty water.
• Watch for overfeeding during the first few days as puppies may vomit due to excitement or adjustment.
17. How to care for my puppy daily?
Hygiene: Bathe your puppy weekly, clean ears, trim nails, and wipe feet, face, and private areas with wet tissue daily. You may also visit a pet groomer regularly.
18. What if my puppy isn’t eating or loses appetite?
• Check for illness: Loss of appetite could be due to digestive issues, fever, or low blood sugar. Provide glucose water immediately.
• Diet change: Some puppies may be sensitive or allergic to certain foods. Try switching kibbles or adding wet food.
19. What if my puppy pees everywhere?
Toilet training: Keep your puppy in a confined playpen area with a clear potty zone. Gradually expand their space once habits are formed.
20. What if my puppy gets sick?
Vet check: Bring your puppy to a licensed veterinary clinic for examination and treatment. Avoid self-diagnosing or using unverified medications.
21. How to introduce my puppy to other pets?
• Slow introduction: Keep pets separated for the first week. Gradually allow interaction through a gate or controlled distance.
• Supervised bonding: Always supervise initial interactions to ensure safety and reduce stress.
22. How long do dogs usually live?
Depends on breed: Most small breeds live between 10 to 15 years with proper care.
23. When can my dog be neutered/spayed?
Dogs can usually be neutered/spayed at 8 months old after a vet evaluation. Note that hormonal changes after neutering may cause weight gain.
24. When is a puppy fully grown?
Most puppies reach their adult size around 6-8months. Teacup breeds grow slower
25. My puppy’s ears are floppy — will they stand?
Floppy ears may eventually drop permanently. If cropped, ears may still fall. Feeding calcium-rich snacks like “Mag” treats may help support ear structure.
